Overview:
The Paralegal III position provides paralegal support with general supervision to all law department Counsel under general supervision.
This position will perform complex paralegal work including contract and document review and analysis, completion of contracts, oversight of the due diligence process for transactions, assistance with preparing responses to discovery requests, oversight of the process for uploading and maintenance of contracts and forms and related reports.
This position will have direct contact with business or operations co-workers as well as outside counsel.
The clients of a Paralegal III will primarily be the attorneys in the legal department, and a limited number of business or operations co-workers.
Qualifications:
Education: Paralegal Certification or Bachelors Degree in related field.
Experience: Five years paralegal experience in corporate law office or lawfirm, health law experience a plus.
Certification/Registration: Paralegal certification or Bachelors degree in related field.
Other skills & knowledge:(skills, knowledge, abilities)-
Meticulous attention to detail.

Computer literacy with advanced skills in Excel, Word, Westlaw and Lexis.

Superior goal accomplishment skills and project management experience.

Excellent oral, written, presentation and administrative skills.

Ability to preserve confidential information.
-Strong interpersonal communication and organization skills,ability to manage conflict in a variety of situations.
