Overview:
The Laboratory Quality and Compliance Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the laboratory's adherence to the highest standards of quality, accreditation, and regulatory compliance.
This position requires a dedicated professional with a strong background in laboratory operations and quality management systems.
The incumbent will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a robust Quality Management System (QMS), overseeing accreditation processes, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory standards.
This role necessitates a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external accreditation bodies.
The Laboratory Quality, Accreditation, and Compliance Manager will drive a culture of continuous improvement, promoting innovation and efficiency while upholding the laboratory's commitment to delivering accurate and reliable results.
This position offers a unique opportunity for a detail-oriented and experienced professional to contribute to the laboratory's success by maintaining the highest levels of quality and compliance.

Qualifications:
Minimum Required Qualifications
Education:Bachelor's degree
Experience:Three years clinical laboratory leadership
Preferred Qualifications
Education:Master's degree
Experience:Five years clinical laboratory leadership
Certification/Registration:ASCP or equivalent of a Medical Technologist/Medical Laboratory Scientist/Histotechnologist or appropriate categorical certification
Other Skills and Knowledge:Project Management
