The St.
Louis office of Amundsen Davis is seeking an associate attorney with at least 2 years of experience in transactional work, preferably in corporate and real estate.
Experience with drafting corporate agreements, reviewing title, and preparing real estate documents is strongly preferred.
Experience or interest in public financing in real estate development is a plus.
Candidates must be licensed in Missouri and have outstanding organizational skills, high attention to detail, a desire to learn and grow, and possess a team player mindset.
Ideal candidates are self-motivated and able to handle numerous matters.
