Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Paralegal within our Estate Planning and Trust Services Department at Moneta, a leading registered investment advisory firm headquartered in St.
Louis, Missouri.
As an Estate Planning Paralegal, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our esteemed professionals.
You'll be an integral part of the team responsible for assisting with estate planning review and support activities and ensuring meticulous execution of trusts and other estate planning documents for our valued clients.

Essential Responsibilities
Analyze and summarize clients’ estate planning documents ranging from basic to complex plans
Construct the initial interpretation and summary of clients’ estate planning documents to improve team efficiency
Manage and assign Help Desk Requests to optimize team productivity and meet deadlines
Basic research of estate, gift, and inheritance tax matters as well as other estate planning related areas, such as property laws and asset protection
Conduct preliminary research and create draft topical brochures to guide clients through difficult and challenging life events
Provide support to the Senior Paralegal as needed
Commits to ongoing education to remain current in estate planning matters
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Intermediate to advanced software skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
Advanced proficiency with Adobe and Microsoft Word
