Overall Descriptions of the Position:
Intake Assistants at The Gori Law Firm are responsible for preparing all intake materials and distributing packets to new clients.
They also perform a variety of administrative tasks to support the flow and function of the Intake Department.
Skills & Abilities
Beginner to Competent knowledge and demonstrated skill set in:
MS Office Word, Excel, and Adobe
Organizing, mailing, and processing information
Shipping and receiving
Self-motivated and well-organized
Punctual and predictable attendance
Job duties must be regularly performed in the office
Prior experience or knowledge in the following preferred:
Administrative or clerical duties
Mail or shipping services
Office organization
Position Duties (including, but not limited to):
Sort, scan, save, and distribute mailed materials for the Intake Department
Prepare letters, new client packets, binders and brochures
Compose a variety of letters and correspondence to potential clients
Update client information in client management system
Organize information and create client folders
Manage mailing materials through entities such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx
Track, update, and follow up on missing or delayed items
Order and manage office supplies for the Intake Department
Education, Certificates and Licenses:
High School Diploma or GED
Must be able to pass pre-employment background check.
