Paralegal/Legal Assistant

Description Trustpoint One is pleased to work with a full-service plaintiff litigation firm handling asbestos-related, government takings, personal injury and products liability cases.
The firm is search for an experienced paralegal or legal assistant to assist with mass tort cases on a temporary basis.
The position is at the firm’s office in Edwardsville, Illinois and has the potential to become permanent.
Job Duties: - Make phone calls, including follow-up calls with clients, doctors and dentist offices - Order medical documents - Review questionnaires with clients Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred - Must have litigation experience Qualified Paralegals and Legal Assistants should submit a resume in Word format.
