Seeking a proven Data Management Specialist for the Data Management and Release Team in St.
Louis, MO.
This exciting position is responsible for supporting Air Dominance/Phantom Works proprietary programs by providing consultative expertise and support related to compliance with existing data standards throughout the data life cycle.
Providing support to engineering teams by validating principles, processes, frameworks, metrics, and oversight required to effectively manage data from creation to disposition, in accordance with the Boeing Policies and Procedures and the Statement of Work This position requires a motivated individual to remain technically competent and trained in the tools and processes required for Data Management in order to ensure First Time Quality Delivery and Acceptance of data.
The team member will support the creation, implementation and oversight of the program’s information and data management goals, standards, practices and processes aligned with the goals of the Air Dominance organization.
The team member will also provide expert advice and support in relation to all aspects of Information and Data Management including Data Ownership, Data Protection, Data Privacy, Information Usage, Classification and Retention.
The team member will be a key focal to promote Data Management at an organizational level in a way that supports quality, schedule, cost, safety goals and engineering excellence and implementation of the Digital Engineering environment.
This position requires a product line mentality that encapsulates the entire Product Lifecycle as to enable success in development, execution and sustainment.
Position Responsibilities:
•Validate document procedural compliance and accuracy.
•Provide user support for Data Management Tools.
This includes direct program staffing, as requested and may involve work with closed room programs.
•Collaborate with the Tools focal(s) to ensure availability.
•Partner with the Contracts, Legal, Export, and PLM teams to ensure appropriate data markings are identified and considered for data management.
•Coordinate data issues with the customer, suppliers, programs, and engineering personnel for On-Time Delivery of data
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.
