S.
Bancorp Impact Finance.
All job postings under U.
S.
Bancorp Impact Finance reside within the USBCDC organization.
This role has multiple levels, open to candidates with 5+ years of commercial loan servicing experience.
The successful candidate will be hired for the level of the position that aligns with their experience.
Provides administrative management of a portfolio of assigned Environmental Finance construction/term loans and Letters of Credit.
Monitors and collects due diligence items.
Works in partnership with Business Development Officers/Project Managers/Asset Managers/Construction Monitoring Analyst as a primary liaison with customers, attorneys, inspectors, and title companies during all phases of financing.
Ensures all closing conditions are met and loans are closed and funded within time frames consistent with excellent customer service.
Maintains files with sufficient documentation for third party review and prepares files for timely audits.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
Five to seven years of experience in commercial real estate loan administration
Preferred Skills/Experience
Renewable energy experience preferred
Considerable knowledge of commercial real estate lending including letters of credit, tax credit transactions, borrowing base lending, multi-phased construction, and transactions secured by multiple collateral properties
Strong technical expertise in closing and loan management functions
Demonstrated ability to close commercial real estate loans and manage a commercial real estate loan portfolio
Advanced knowledge of commercial real estate finance, law, documentation, accounting and data systems
Ability to meet the requirements to be commissioned as a Notary Public

This role is hybrid preferred but management may consider remote for the right candidate.
Team members who are in a hybrid role typically spend three days a week at a U.
S.
Bank location, while having flexibility on their work location for the other working days.
