Effective Practice Specialist - School Psychology

Special School District (SSD) effective practice specialists (EPS) plan, organize, and implement programs in key areas to support the delivery of high-quality services to our students.
As an EPS in school psychology, you will serve as a reliable guide to our school psychology team, providing them with best practices, professional development, and critical information they need to meet compliance goals.
You will be a mentor and coach, developing the performance of your team and sharing strategies, feedback, and encouragement.
Through engagement with families and SSD staff, your efforts will contribute to ensuring we are empowering students to excel to their greatest potential.

EPS staff work in SSD’s Central Office, 12110 Clayton Rd.
, Town & Country, MO, from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
They may occasionally work outside of normal work hours and some travel to schools may be required.
