Now that I’ve got your ear, let’s get to the good stuff…We are actively interviewing for an experienced MAINTENANE SUPERVISOR to lead our team at the Retreat at Seven Trails a 532-Unit property, located in Ballwin, MO.

These are the requirements:
• This is a hands-on, working supervisor role, so you must be prepared to handle tickets, turns, snow, grounds, etc.
• 2+ years’ experience in maintenance
• 1+ years in multi-family housing preferred
• Experience managing/supervising 1+ employees
• EPA certification required
• A valid Driver's License is required
• Dry walling including painting and carpentry
• Working knowledge of plumbing including sweating copper pipe
• Working knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches, and light fixtures
• CPO certification preferred but not required
• HVAC certification required
