Alvarez 5014 acoustic guitar - $370 (O’Fallon mo.)

Alvarez acoustic guitar late 70’s Folk Western model beautiful guitar great tone, well keep.
Serial number 35563 manufactured in Japan 1978.
It has spruce top with mahogany back and sides, all laminate construction.
MSRP circa 1978 was $199 St, Louis Music Co.
Guitar is in excellent play condition, has minor cosmetic defect on lower back edge That has been repaired with thin super glue as shown in picture no effect on play or tone.

New Martin strings installed and fret broad oiled 12/27/23 and comes with original clipboard case and tuner.
This guitar also has an adjustable Bridge to set string height.
