Leasing Agent/Assistant Property Manager

Seeking an experienced candidate familiar with multi-family residential leasing and property management.
Located in Downtown St.
Louis.
Preferred candidate must be able to work as a team and by themselves, be a self-starter, have excellent inter-personal communication and literacy skills, be tech savvy/computer literate, be able to work in multiple and often fast-paced environments, and conduct themselves in a professional manner and with professional attire.
Ideal candidate should have at least 2 years experience with residential leasing, hospitality sales, and/or property management.
Duties will include marketing your property to potential renters, leasing (from initial sales showing through lease-signing, to move-out), following up with prospects and current tenants, managing maintenance and cleaning staff and vendors, accepting and applying rent payment and concessions, keeping full and accurate records, daily reporting, organizing community events, handling conflicts, and collections.
Work schedule is flexible, but ideally looking for 30-40 hours per week including Saturdays at initial hire.
Ideally this position will progress into a 9am-5pm Monday-Friday position as our project comes fully online.
Compensation is negotiable and will be based on experience.
Eligible for benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and 401K after 3 months.
Holidays and Birthday Holiday eligible immediately, and paid Vacation after 12 months.
Included in compensation is use of company fitness centers/clubhouses, guest rooms, and a parking space in a centrally-located Downtown parking garage.
Open to discussion regarding on-site living arrangements.
