Leasing Consultant (Floating)

A well-established, Regional Property Management Company (MLP, LLC) is seeking a Full-Time or Part-Time Leasing Consultant to help at various apartment communities located in the St.
Louis and Saint Charles area.
The Leasing Consultant position works in conjunction with the on-site Property Manager to manage and maintain the day to day operations of the apartment community.
Some examples of essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Showcase the property and convert prospects to qualified residents * Answer telephone and internet leads * Record traffic and maintain accurate records and reporting * Develop and execute outreach and marketing plans * Maintain and update marketing information and provide recommendations as appropriate * Process all paperwork to convert applications to new residents.
* Assist with day to day operations Qualifications: * *Must be available to work weekends (Saturdays)* * At least 1 year of Customer Service or Hospitality * Yardi software experience preferred * Must possess the ability to work independently and demonstrate good judgment * Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with internal and external customers We offer a competitive compensations packages including commission.
