Looking for a third roommate (Cottage Hills)

My roommate and I are looking for a third roommate.
We are cleaning the house right now.
So at the current moment it's kinda gross.
But it's a 2 bed one bath.
So the third roommate would sleep in the living room that we are turning into a room.
We have three cats and a dog.
A backyard and firepit and a front yard.
Smoke friendly.
Till it's clean you won't have your own space.
