Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive store sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Lead and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
- Interview, hire, and train new employees to build a strong and capable team.
- Manage employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels at all times.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Implement effective time management techniques to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Develop and manage budgets to control expenses and maximize profitability.
- Utilize strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate employees to achieve sales goals.
Experience:
- Previous experience in store management or a similar role is required.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in budgeting and financial management.
- Multilingual skills are a plus.
- Sales management experience is preferred.
- Strong math skills for inventory management and financial analysis.
