Front Counter Associate

*Front Counter Associate* Andy Wurm Tire & Wheel has an opening for a PART TIME FRONT COUNTER CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE.
We are a well-established family owned automotive business opened since 1973, located in Ferguson, MO.
As a front counter CSR, you will help customers purchase tires, schedule vehicle repairs and address inquiries, concerns and complaints via telephone, email and in person.
A friendly, professional attitude is a must for this position.
The ideal candidate will be dependable and available to work any of our normal operating hours.
*Job Responsibilities* · Assist customers with work orders, appointments, quotes, returns and ordering tires · Answer and route heavy volume of phone calls · Respond to emails and send appointment reminder texts · Cleaning duties · Other duties as assigned *Minimum Requirements* · Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service · Ability to use an adding machine/calculator properly · Good computer and typing skills · Strong communication skills with ability to multitask in a fast paced and sometimes stressful environment · Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including Saturdays and late afternoons.
· Retail Sales and Cash handling experience preferred · Tire and/or Automotive parts sales experience is a plus but not necessary *Why Work Here?* _Paid time off, Vacation Pay & Company discounts_ $15.
00 per hour to start plus tire sales commission and sales bonuses.
This is a PART-TIME position offering 20 – 25 hours per week.
