You will be the first impression with our customers providing a warm welcome and delivering memorable excellent service while getting them through the donation process quickly and easily.
Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
Greets and thanks donors for their donation to the agency.
Must be pleasant and polite regardless of the behavior of the donor.
Assist donors with donated goods and provide customer service.
Notifies management of hazardous, valuable and/or inappropriate merchandise/materials are being donated.
A tax receipt is to be offered to each donor.
Notifies management of goods/merchandise found that is not a donated item (i.
e.
, cash, credit card, personal ID).
Works through management to ensure the protection of agency property, goods, and services.
Must read, follow, and model all agency policies and procedures.
Notifies management of any theft or policy violation.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
No degree required but High School Graduate is preferable.
Able to communicate effectively with Donors, vendors, and management.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift 50 pounds.
Maneuver ramps, steps, and inclines without difficulty.
Stand for extended periods of time and work in extreme temperatures.
