*Position Summary * As a Budtender(Patient Service Representative), you are the customer’s first and last point of contact in making a lasting positive impression.
You are responsible for providing knowledge and guidance while educating customers about NatureMed’s products and services.
You are also responsible for accurate cash and product handling.
We expect high levels of professionalism and superb listening skills from our Budtenders.
Cannabis dispensaries can be a very fast-paced environment.
A truly qualified candidate is flexible and can adapt to the ever-changing work environment; constantly juggling many daily tasks at once.
Budtenders report directly to the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and Store Supervisors and work hand-in-hand with their fellow budtenders.
*Primary Duties and Responsibilities * A PSR’s key responsibilities are to: * Provide a warm welcome for all customers.
* Administer sales transactions- escort customers around the dispensary through the entire transaction.
* Ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed.
* Support accurate inventory levels with detailed product handling * Validate patient info and allotment for purchase with ID Scanners and Dutchie POS.
* Prepare online orders for pick-up.
* Take customers at an efficient pace to assist in the teamwork flow.
* Assist with the opening and closing duties of the store * Aid the inventory process with product stickering and stocking shelves neatly.
* Maintain a clean and presentable sales floor in addition to the overall cleanliness of the dispensary * Maintain the visual standards of products and displays throughout the dispensary.
* During slow periods find tasks to stay busy.
Tasks such as cleaning, organizing, training, etc.
* Direct all media and public inquiries to the Store Manager.
* Collaborate with teammates on additional projects/tasks as needed.
* Attend and participate in briefings and company meetings.

* Continue your education with ongoing training materials.
*Qualifications, Skills & Abilities* _*Required:*_ * A high school diploma or equivalent is required * 1-2 years of customer service experience * Organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
* Effective verbal communication, and keen listening skills * Able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
_*Preferred:*_ * Experience with Point of Sale systems (POS).
* Accurate cash counting and product handling skills.
* Experience working in a high-speed environment.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Knowledge of the cannabis industry is preferred, but required for this position.
*Physical Requirements* As a Budtender(PSR) you will be required to stand for long periods of time, moving about in confined spaces.
Some heavy lifting is required from time to time.
This position also requires bending, stooping, climbing, and kneeling, as needed to get merchandise and maintain the space.
*Conditions of Employment* All NatureMed team members must obtain and retain a Facility Agent ID through the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services, as a condition of their employment.
