Design Consultant

Job Summary: We are seeking a talented Design Consultant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for interior design and excellent customer service skills.
As a Design Consultant, you will work closely with customers to create beautiful and functional living spaces that meet their needs and preferences.
Duties: - Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients in selecting furniture, accessories, and decor - Utilize your knowledge of interior design principles to create aesthetically pleasing room layouts - Manage client accounts and maintain strong relationships through effective communication and follow-up - Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed product information to customers - Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems - Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets - Keep abreast of industry trends and product knowledge to offer informed recommendations Experience: - Proven experience in interior design or related field - Strong negotiation skills to close sales effectively - Previous experience with account management and inside sales preferred - Knowledge of retail math, cash register operations, and stock management If you are a creative individual with a flair for design and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we invite you to apply for the Design Consultant position.
