Lead Customer Service Associate

Lead Customer Service Associate $15+/hr depending on experience CTB Management Co.
, an agent for Greyhound Lines, is seeking a Lead-CSA for our St Louis location.
This a full-time position requiring experience in front-line customer service, ability to manage a small team of employees (1-3) and strong administrative skills.

is an established business with friendly, experienced and responsive management.
Duties include: -Front-line operations -- selling tickets, answering phones, handling bags, cleaning station -Providing stellar customer service and handling customer complaints -Training and managing employees -Scheduling and labor reporting -Cash control and daily reporting/accounting in adherence to Greyhound standards -Interface with other agencies in Chicago, Kansas City, Indianapolis, Tulsa, and Memphis as well as Corporate Greyhound Lines.
-Other duties as assigned Greyhound is a 24/7/365 operation.
Our schedules are not always on time.
Flexibility with both talent and time along with ability to find the best employees from the local labor pool will be essential to success.
Requirements: Operational management experience in a service environment (convenience store, retail, restaurant) Experience with cash controls, reporting/accounting and HR functions Strong people skills -- a bus station is a unique work environment, and our passengers are diverse in every way you can think of.
