Assistant Convenience Store Manager
Assistant Managers are responsible for helping the manager build their team of employees which includes; hiring, firing, training, & evaluations.
The Assistant Store manager is responsible for the store sales, all controllable expenses including labor, inventory levels, cash, inventory shortages, and daily reporting.

- Hiring, Firing, Training, & Scheduling
-Merchandising the store
Education: Preferred: Equivalent to high school diploma
Demonstrate the highest level of leadership and ethical standards with professionalism.
A Desire to learn and then teach our store personnel and customers about our products and services.
Display a strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to multi-task, problem solve, and act independently.
Self -Starter with a drive to learn and develop.
Must be 18+ years of age or older.
Have the physical ability to perform all duties of a store cashier regularly.
A person who is outgoing and likes to work with the public is a necessity.
Ability to read, speak, write, and understand English in a manner that is sufficient for effective communication with groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Working knowledge of technology, tools, and equipment including computer, cash register, telephone, copy/printer, and other convenience store equipment.
Starting Pay dependent on qualifications and experience.
Eligible for benefits after 90 days.
