We have conveniently located, professionally exclusive wholesale stores representing our independently owned, high-end professional portfolio of haircare brands across SSG territories.

Our highest priority is to provide our customers with the tools and support that they need for success.
Our Full Time associates work up to 40 hours per week.
Our stores are open Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5pm and 9am to 1pm on Saturdays.
Candidates must have open availability during these times.

In this role, you will: Perform day to day operations of a retail store including inventory management, cash management, and general retail store functions.
Ensure that each guest receives outstanding customer service by providing a guest friendly environment, including greeting and acknowledging every guest, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of guest service.
Maintain a high standard of merchandising, placement, store signage, store housekeeping, and proper display techniques Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and maintain proper cash Requirements: Successful Store Associates will have a superior customer service attitude, excellent reliability, and a pleasant personality and professional appearance.
Candidates must have: Excellent Customer service, communication and organization skills Store merchandise experience Background in the beauty industry preferred Ability to work independently and in a team environment Thrive in a fast paced work place Interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to work a flexible schedule and Saturdays if needed If you possess these characteristics and skills, we want to meet you!
