Job Responsibilities:
Manage a team of 4 to 6 dedicated individuals to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service.
Actively contribute to the success of our brand's e-commerce efforts.
Drive sales by setting and achieving targets, while providing exceptional service and maintaining high standards.
Utilize Shopify expertise to optimize the online shopping experience.
Foster a positive work environment, providing coaching and support to your team.
Ensure store compliance with company policies and standards.
Collaborate with upper management to enhance the store's performance and profitability.
Overall Qualifications:
Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury segment.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
Experience in Shopify and e-commerce operations.
Ability to adapt to evolving retail trends and technologies.
Detail-oriented and able to manage inventory effectively.
Results-driven with a passion for exceeding sales targets.
Flexibility to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and certain holidays.

Additional Duties:
Oversee daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues
Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts
Train and supervise store staff, including scheduling and assigning tasks
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets
Handle cash handling procedures, including cash register operations and preparing bank deposits
Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and company policies
Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement store policies and procedures
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar role in a retail environment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
Proficient in cash handling procedures and retail math calculations
Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication skills
Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
Familiarity with cash register operations and basic clerical tasks
Experience with payroll management is preferred
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
