Position Summary
Service and sell to Retail Accounts within an assigned territory to ensure client standards are met and volume is increased.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Manage time and priorities to schedule store visits.
Present and maintain full distribution on existing approved SKUs.
Perform merchandising work at store level including but not limited to the following: rack clean and service, present new and seasonal items, new item shelf placement, reset work, plan-o-gram implementation, build displays with POS materials.
Communicate effectively with customers and management.
Authorize items to meet client shelf schematic standards.
Take direction regarding tagging in, rotating, and placing POS materials for products on shelf.
Build rapport with clients and customers.
Answer questions and proactively develop plans of action to resolve issues.
Complete accurate and timely reports including weekly recaps, itineraries, expense reports, and web-based reports.
Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
High school diploma or equivalent
Two years of full-time sales and/or merchandising work experience preferred
Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, proof of insurance, and acceptable driving record
Must be able to bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods of time
Occasionally lift up to fifty pounds
