What You’ll Be Doing: Store expert: Serves as a subject matter expert for budgets, reporting, payroll, scheduling, and other general store operations topics Efficiency identifier: Identifies system and process opportunities to improve overall efficiency and execution Create reports: Generates ad-hoc reporting for field and home office partners Initiate evaluation: Analyzes data, including reports and other documentation, to evaluate the success of store initiatives Collaborat planning: Partners with field leadership to develop and maintain the logic for store sales plans, payroll budgets, selling metrics, and incentive plans Budget management: Manages the allocation of sales and payroll budgets to stores, handling budget change requests and incentive payouts Perks you will enjoy!
