This opportunity is 100% office-based St Louis, MO Are you a sales enabler who enjoys demand generation and onboarding new customers? At Sensient, the Sr.
Inside Sales Representative role is a selling function whose primary duties includes both email and direct telephone contact with customers and occasional, field visits to key accounts.
What you’ll do: You will play a key role in qualifying customer information, maintaining a sales pipeline, implementing sales strategies, pricing, preparing quotations, communicating appropriate information to management, and maintaining related records and customer files.
You will focus on, initiate, and maintain sales and service with existing and potential customers for our pharmaceutical markets in North America.
You will work cross-functionally with our R&D, Commercial, Operational and Service teams.
What you’ll bring: A university degree in business or the sciences Strong interpersonal communication skills, experience in B2B sales (ingredient, pharma or specialty chemical preferred), and technical acumen Excellent organization and project management skills, customer service and results orientation.
