Position: Sales Team Member Location: Hollywood Hair Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time Job Description: Our high-end salon is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our sales team.
The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience, exceptional phone etiquette, basic technology skills, and a strong focus on enhancing the guest experience.
Responsibilities: - Engage with guests to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services - Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive guest experience - Manage sales transactions accurately and efficiently - Utilize basic technology skills to track inventory and sales data - Collaborate with the team to achieve service targets and deliver exceptional service Qualifications: - Previous sales experience is preferred - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Basic technology skills to navigate sales systems and inventory management tools - Strong focus on customer service and guest satisfaction - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - A passion for the beauty and wellness industry is a plus Thank you for your interest in joining our team at Hollywood Hair.
