Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled PCB Production Technician to join our dynamic production team.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in our manufacturing process, operating machinery and ensuring the precise assembly of components onto PCBs.

Key Responsibilities:
* Operate and maintain automated machinery for PCB assembly, while adhering to safety guidelines and maintaining quality standards.
* Load components onto machinery, ensuring accurate alignment and placement on PCBs.
* Monitor machinery for technical issues or malfunctions during the assembly process and perform troubleshooting as needed.
* Conduct visual inspections and quality checks on completed PCBs to ensure they meet specifications.
* Collaborate with the production team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
* Maintain detailed records of production activities, including component inventory and machine maintenance.
* Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance production efficiency.
* Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or coursework in electronics or machinery operation is a plus.
* Proven experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment, with a preference for PCB assembly experience.
* Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
* Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
* Basic understanding of PCB components, soldering, and assembly techniques.
* Effective teamwork and communication skills.
* Willingness to adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean workspace.
