Carpenter house hunting ! (Bridgeton)

I am seeking a (serious only) homeowner with an extra house, rental, etc.
that is in need of restoration.
I’m a friendly, fair older carpenter looking to buy or rent a house that unoccupied.
Spent time caring for my 92 yr.
old mother not being able to work.
Having a tough time getting re-established.
